I only buy cash deals in Athens, Augusta, Birmingham and South Carolina markets. Cash deals must be no greater than $200,000 purchase and rehab with at least 70% equity after remodeled. Renovation cost must be less than $50,000.

I buy mobile homes, mobile home parks, single-family homes, multi-family property below 20 units.

Must be at least a 2 bed 1 bath 900 square feet built in 1950 or greater for single-family homes.
